I don’t have an MBA and I haven’t worked at a unicorn. What I do have is lots of real-world experience at diverse organizations, including restaurants, stores, a media agency, a police HQ, tech startups, and huge public companies.
My accomplishments include building a marketing function from the ground up, being part of a brand-new consulting division within a global telecoms company and ten years as an industry analyst writing and presenting on tech trends and business strategy.
